These terms apply to waste collection, skip bin hire and clean-up services provided by Malvern Waste Solutions across the Malvern district and wider Selwyn, Canterbury. This is a demonstration website; final terms will be confirmed in writing with each customer.
Quotes & bookings
Quotes are based on the information you provide about the job. If the work or volume of waste differs from what was described, we'll talk to you before any change in price. Bookings are confirmed once we've agreed a collection or drop-off date with you.
Skip bin hire
Hired bins remain the property of Malvern Waste Solutions. Please keep loads level and within the bin, and don't place prohibited items (hazardous materials, liquids, gas bottles, asbestos or chemicals) in any bin. Overloaded or contaminated bins may incur additional charges.
Collections
We aim to collect on the agreed day and will let you know if a collection needs to be rescheduled due to weather, access or other circumstances. Please ensure bins are accessible and kerbside by the morning of collection.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking. Charges reflect the service, bin size and waste type quoted.
Liability
We take care on every site. To the extent permitted by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and other applicable New Zealand law, our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
